After more than 15 years of consultancy experience our new brand PL'COS COSMETIC nearby started its activity. Our main goal is to produce high quality private label cosmetic products for EU market. In 2009 with the new cosmetic regulation in EU, many things have changed. From now on our main activity is to follow current changes in the regulation. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is our main book which we do follow strictly. Although the aim of a cosmetic product is to beautify; since the lack of knowledge it may affect human health seriously. That is why we always comply with the regulation EU 1223/2009 for the cosmetic products we produce.
